The new Model C-20-C Headset has been superbly engineered to feature new personal comfort and greater noise attenuation through the use of new material technology.
     With eight built-in adjustment points, the C-20-C is easily fitted for perfect individual comfort. For example, the new soft Foam-Flow head pad can be moved laterally to adjust to the head contour and eliminate "hot spots". Likewise, the Super Soft noise attenuating ear seals surround the ears with quiet comfort.
     The new advanced designed FLEX-BOOM guarantees the exact positioning of the microphone every time. And, with a new advanced electret condenser microphone, the C-20-C headset provides the ultimate in noise-canceling transmission and audio clarity, Exceptional Performance in high noise environments. The NRR rating is -23 dB.
     A built-in  low profile volume control. The Coiled and Strait heavy duty cables can withstand strains up to 95 pounds and will retain their flexibility in temperatures as low as -40° F and up to + 120° F.

Your SoftComm C-20-C Headset is warranted against defects for Three years from date of purchase, whether purchased from SoftComm Products, Inc., a SoftComm distributor or dealer.  Within this period, we will repair or exchange (at our option) without charge for parts or labor.  Simply return your headset, along with proof of purchase, to SOFTCOMM PRODUCTS, INC., 2310 South Airport Blvd., Chandler, AZ 85249.  Include $10.00 for return shipping and handling.  Warranty does not cover transportation costs or a product subject to owner-tampering, misuse or accidental damage.
